What do you like best about Hellotext?

I like it because it's a user-friendly platform: it centralizes all the messages from my ecommerce and digital channels. Additionally, I can view metrics and results on a monthly basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hellotext?

What do you like best about Hellotext?

I like the ease of use of Hellotext and being able to have the metrics in view. I can see which products are getting more clicks, the cart recovery rate, browsing abandonment, click and conversion rates, and response times. The initial setup was super easy.
