Hellotext is autonomous intelligence for eCommerce: AI agents that sell and support your customers on WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, email and Mercado Libre, 24/7. Stores switch on any of 38 AI playbooks in one click, each built for a moment in the customer journey: recover abandoned carts, let shoppers know when a product is back in stock, recommend the right product, suggest complete-the-look items, bring back dormant customers, track orders and handle returns and exchanges. When a person is needed, the AI hands the conversation to your team with a summary of what happened. Every conversation lands in one shared inbox, and real-time reporting shows the revenue each conversation and playbook brings in. Hellotext connects with Shopify, VTEX, WooCommerce, Wix and Magento.
