The support I have received from the day I contacted them for a demo. Any time I have a questions/concern/problem, they respond quickly.
The EMR is also very user friendly and customizable to my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can only choose one descriptor for some items, like gait. but there is a box to type in so I typically just use that to list all deviations.
Due to the current pandemic, I have not used the billing side of the system so can not comment on that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
