**What do you like best about HEFLO?**

The cloud-based software makes it very easy to implement for our business solutions. It offers services at just $10/month, which is affordable for an individual like me. This program has helped me to ensure that all my projects are completed on time.

**What do you dislike about HEFLO?**

A real-time flow chart feature could be pretty helpful to provide a much better result in managing different business tasks. There are no significant flaws in the program, but I hope they keep it up-to-date.

**What problems is HEFLO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HEFLO is a Business Process Management Software that offers advanced features to automate, design and manage business tasks. It is a cloud-based software which ensures that there is no need to install any heavy software, and we can easily use it anywhere.

**What do you like best about HEFLO?**

The upside I have found with the software is its user-friendly interface. It is designed with a drag-and-drop interface with a wide range of customization options, perfect for our team.
Additionally, it has a cloud-based version and an on-premises version. A great feature.

**What do you dislike about HEFLO?**

I consider the platform to have a high-pricing model. This is a limitation for smaller organizations.
Another limitation with HEFLO is that it doesn’t have as many integrations as other process mining tools, which limits its functionality for us.
I have also found the software to have limited visualizations. I would like to have more control over the appearance of process models and visualizations.

**What problems is HEFLO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HEFLO compares the actual process flow with the expected process flow. This makes it easy for us to identify deviations and potential compliance issues.it also allows us to simulate process improvements and test the impact on performance, providing valuable insights into potential benefits and drawbacks of process changes.
