Within few clicks after data loading, this tool generates some really cool KPI graphs. Best part is that this tool gives you the freedom to customize the KPI and the look and feel of the dashboard. **What do you dislike about HeartCount?** Although this tool provides API injection of data, I would like to see this tool accepting huge volume of data through CSV files too. **What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?** We try to understand the customer behaviour and their churn pattern to prevent them from going to the competitors ### 4. Driver analysis with amazing visualization helped me to understand how to optimize my KPIs. Overall a great tool for business professionals who does not come from a coding background. It was also very easy to share the report as an HTML file. **What do you dislike about HeartCount?** I am sure the tool will evolve and add more value-added analytics features in the near future. **Recommendations to others considering HeartCount:** This is one of the best user-friendly business analytics tools that I have come across. It solves the "coding issue" for non-technical professionals. **What problems is HeartCount solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have analyzed our property valuation data and weekly dashboard on HeartCount. It was very easy for business managers to play around with the dashboard and do their analysis.
