## About HealthLink Telehealth
HealthLink Telehealth comes with path-breaking and innovative features that help the entire healthcare community of Practitioners, Pharmacies and Laboratories deliver their services faster, better and cheaper. HealthLink enables Practitioners set up their consultation calendar for patients to book appointments. Alternatively, they may set up consultation timings for patients to obtain tokens. Practitioners can simulate a consultation room experience for patients by preparing consultation notes on HealthLink in real-time during consultation. Consultation notes can be shared with peer Practitioners instantly for 2nd/3rd opinion. Remedy prescriptions can be transmitted to network pharmacies instantly. Similarly, lab reports are available to the prescribing Practitioner immediately on the lab submitting the test report on HealthLink. Pharmacies can receive orders from Practitioners directly, through HealthLink and track them through delivery. HealthLink's unique E-Commerce solution enables seamless connectivity throughout the supply chain - customers, Practitioners and suppliers. Diagnostic Laboratories can deliver test reports to Practitioners electronically, thereby eliminating patient commutes. They may also assign tests to partner labs and track the progress of testing through HealthLink.

**What do you like best about HealthLink Telehealth?**

I enjoyed how easy it is to use. I also appreciate the simplicity of the name, it explains exactly what it is.

**What do you dislike about HealthLink Telehealth?**

Honestly, I don't have any dislikes. I've been testing it out for a couple of weeks so far.

**Recommendations to others considering HealthLink Telehealth:**

Try it out and see if it's a good fit for you. You can't truly know until you try it.

**What problems is HealthLink Telehealth solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to see people virtually without having to be out at risk for getting covid.
