Hazl:Voice Pro is an automated text ordering system for restaurants powered by AI. Using a trained bot, your restaurant can start accepting orders by text message without needing to dedicate staff hours to take them. HazlVoice: Pro can also answer questions like where your store is located, your hours, how to make reservations, and more. Instantly satisfy customers with quick answers to their questions and save time picking up the phone! Currently, HazlVoice: Pro works for restaurants on the Clover and Square point of sale systems, but we are working to integrate with others.

**What do you like best about HazlVoice: Pro?**

I was relieved when Pro helped customers order directly through text as it made such a load lighter. Ordering by phone is a nightmare especially when many people are booking. It is very convenient, and customers enjoyed the option of texting their favorite foods.

**What do you dislike about HazlVoice: Pro?**

I have big menu with combos and modifiers and it is not possibility for HazlVoice to work with it. The coupling of the menu isn’t always perfect. The customers become lost if the options are not as extensive listed, and there are issues with mistakes and corrections to their orders.

**What problems is HazlVoice: Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HazlVoice: Pro has without doubt benefited my staff by relieved them work load of order-taking and serving of foods. It has also made it easier for us to attend to more orders during our peak hours. I require a stronger menu system to fully exploit the program to its optimal.

**What do you like best about HazlVoice: Pro?**

I was first wowed by how performed simple text orders without much of a fuss. Customers were able to send short messages on their preferred meals, and it was responded to by the AI. It surely helped in reducing the number of staff dealing with patients during most congested hours.

**What do you dislike about HazlVoice: Pro?**

Choice was not as flexible as it could be The availability of menu options for the day and the week seemed predetermined. A customer was unable to indicate to a restaurant “no onions” for a burger via text messaging. Some of the problems included order mistakes and customers’ frustration.

**What problems is HazlVoice: Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HazlVoice: Pro limited the number of phone calls made to my pizzeria with regard to take out orders. It allowed my staff to focus on the customers that visit the physical store, and food preparation.
