However, it would be nice to have the option to add either an additional text or an email request to review. Their current setup is to send two SMS messages followed by two email requests before the cycle is completed. In general, I like this ratio of 2+2 =4. However, because a large number of our clients are geriatric-aged, many, only use one of the two pathways to communicate. Hence, having the ability to manually increase either the number of SMS or email messages by one for a total of three outreaches per client would be optimal in my opinion. **What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?** While we had been making a concerted effort to ask our clients to review our insurance agency on Google, the response rate was low despite assurances that they would "love to" and "of course, we will! Because "Nice Job!" uses a coordinated system of sending a mix of SMS and email messages, our response rate has been through the roof! Ten to twelve days ago we had exactly 31 reviews strictly through our own efforts. Now using this superb product we have 71, or an increase of 40 additional reviews; in just 12 days! Suffice it to say, I wish I would have known about this product years ago. What are you waiting for? Give them a call! ### 31.
