**What do you like best about Harumi?**

Harumi offers tools to document business rules collaboratively with other teams in the company. They also facilitate model deployment as they take care of the infrastructure behind it.

It was easy to upload our data to the platform and we have been running the models 3x/week.

**What do you dislike about Harumi?**

There are some features that could still be improved like the AI chat accuracy for more complex problems. But it will probably improve in the long term.

**What problems is Harumi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Harumi is the best tool for OR professionals and consultants. They provide everything from data integrations to model deployment. We don't have a big technical team inside our company, so having a product that accelerates our optimizations tasks is very helpful.
