Happy5 is a good tool for monitoring and reviewing the performance of the organisation. We are monitoring the organisation's growth based on performance for all four quarters in a financial year. It includes goal setting, self-assessment, 1-0-1 discussion with managers, continuous feedback and review, and ratings. It is an open conversation forum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Happy5?
