Happy5 is a good tool for monitor and review the performance of the organisation.We are monitoring the organisation growth Based on performance for all four quarters in a financial year.It includes goal setting,self assessment,1-0-1 discussion with managers, continuous feedback and review and ratings.It is open conversation forum.
