would recommend guestserv software because of its user friendly application and great customer support services. 

**What do you dislike about GuestServe?**

i wish there were additional features in the sofwatre to include more personalized notes

it's a good value for the price paid, user friendly and good customer service support

**What problems is GuestServe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

just the ease of use solves any issues of overbooking or cross booking reservations. benefits prevent possible issues
