GuestIntro made my life so much easier! It's a great software that works fast and smoothly without any bugs. It has so many features that improve my guest services and reviews & increase revenue by allowing me to upsell additional services. It also has a super user-friendly interface and is fully customisable, which is perfect for branding. It offers absolutely everything a host may need to add to their management tools. Nothing to complain about - it’s great! The software also includes a section where you can raise issues or request new features. What problems is Guestintro solving and how is that benefiting you? GuestIntro was exactly what I needed because my guests were always asking many questions before arrival, and I had to manually write everything in very old, poorly designed PDF files. With GuestIntro, everything is now in one place. I can include the house manual, restaurant recommendations, attractions, places to visit, emergency contacts, and much more - all in a single, easy-to-use guide that I can share with guests via a simple link. Since I manage multiple properties, things used to get very messy. Now everything is much more organised! I can create branded templates and then easily adapt them for each property or company.
