What do you like best about Gubagoo?

I like that Gubagoo helps to reach out to customers if any of our staff can't do it! The customer service rep is really great at responding to us and solving our issues! We seem to get chats everyday so it is a feature that helps us greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gubagoo?

I dislike that sometimes when it comes to a simple question that can be answered our AI chatbot can't answer the question that would a simple question. We just need to have our staff watch it more to better understand the questions that are going on or train our AI a bit better to be able to answer the questions easier. "Gubagoo handles what you miss"
What do you like best about Gubagoo?

I like that Gubagoo is able to take chats on our website, but also messages that start on Facebook. And not just what comes through messenger directly, but Gubagoo supplies our feed to Facebook marketplace, so they take the chats of people who are interested in a used vehicle. They are great at getting a phone #/email first so that if the chat falls through, they still have a lead they can send into our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gubagoo?

Multiple times, it seems, the reps taking the chats do not look at dealership notes to make sure they are providing the correct information. For example, not all our vehicles are located at the same physical address, so we have information to Gubagoo on what address to tell a customer if they ask. It's only about a 70% chance they will get it correct. Low in my opionion (all you need is one mad customer to consider that # too low). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gubagoo?

Gubagoo is an automotive messaging as well as a digital retailing platform. Customers start their car purchase online and finish it in-store without repeating any steps. I loved their informal business tools to create confidence and subsequently make a tremendous experience for clients. This has to be one of the leading chat tools for Business to Customer Businesses.
