I have seriously wasted 9000 INR in purchasing this subscription, and literally regretted that.

the intent of a B2B enrichment software is to provide you verified leads emails or phone number. this product fails to provide both of them.

It only provides you linkedin scrapped data which are not even sanitised even. you have to use first

1. remove semicolon(;), double quotes ("), single quote(`), ampersand (&), lots of special characters from email addresses.

2. the emails provided by this software are only deduced/assumed emails by some pattern. which means you have almost negligible chance that email will actually send to right person.

3. they claim to provide Email warmup. but when I tried warming up, it started to throw thousands of bounces, which already degrades domain reputation. the domains they use for warming up are not even authentic, they are just blank domains with no site authority or not even a website !

4. When you upload your csv format file which contains leads, it will be loaded successfully, but when search for any contacts, it hangs forever. you have to scroll through all the list in order to delete/update any contacts.

5. the platform is ultra slow to do kind of processing. almost every 5-10 minutes I have to refresh the site, relogin or restart the browser. extremely irritated

6. when you get all the B2B from a specific company or domain. THE NIGHTMARE BEGINS ! you have to sanitise them, then pick the leads which are looking fine, then you have buy any other email verifier' subscription, which will verify these emails for you. Turned out that very 95% of emails are unreachable, unverifiable, blocked, risky.

SO THE QUESTION IS, IF YOU GET THESE B2B LEADS FROM growmeorganic, WHOSE JOB IS TO VERIFY THEM ? IT IS YOURS, NOT THEIRS. this defeats the whole point of getting verified emails.

7. then somehow you have received few email verified after 5-10 days of struggle, you start to do some campaigns. the campaign suddenly starts to through several bounces, I had to stop the campaign. but then I restarted it, it tracks nothing that how many email addresses might have received emails, it just starts sending the same email to same person again.

pause and restart feature is not of any use

8. ticketing system is of no use. I have raised several tickets in the application. but nothing showed up in the backlog. No idea who is working on any ticket ? Are they even working on any ticket ? the only thing works is email. that too get replies after 4 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
