# Which digital adoption platform is most trusted by operations teams based on user reviews?

I’m comparing which digital adoption platforms operations teams seem to trust most based on reviews from operations, RevOps, CX operations, and similar roles. I wanted to narrow this to the tools operations users actually rely on for repeatable processes, onboarding, documentation, and adoption.

From the G2 Grid report for Digital Adoption Platform, these had the clearest operations-specific feedback:

Tango (4.7/5, 514 reviews): Operations reviewers praise fast SOP creation, automatic screenshots, and guides that reduce repeated training.

UserGuiding (4.7/5, 779 reviews): An operations leader highlights quick guide creation and asynchronous onboarding that helps a limited team scale training.

Userpilot (4.6/5, 1,013 reviews): Operations users mention easy setup, organized onboarding workflows, and responsive support for more complex use cases.

Spekit (4.7/5, 303 reviews): A RevOps reviewer values having documentation directly in the workflow for process adoption and better CRM hygiene.

Pendo (4.4/5, 1,809 reviews): Operations reviewers like creating in-app guides without coding and reducing repetitive user questions.

What stands out is that trust for operations teams seems tied less to feature volume and more to whether the tool removes recurring work. Tango and Spekit lean strongly into documentation, while UserGuiding, Userpilot, and Pendo are more focused on guiding users directly inside the product.

For operations teams using these regularly, which one actually reduced the most manual training or process follow-up? Did that trust come from ease of use, reliable workflows, or responsive support when something broke?

Oh WalkMe is the classic answer here, it's the pioneer of the category and reviewers, including operations and IT ops folks, trust it for building step-by-step guidance and automation directly into whatever software the team already uses. Whatfix is the other heavily trusted one, well-rated, and often preferred by ops teams for a slightly gentler learning curve on the authoring side while still covering onboarding, guidance and analytics. Pendo is worth mentioning too, though it leans more product-led (in-app guides for a company's own software) than pure enterprise-ops rollout support. To be real, ops teams specifically tend to care most about how fast they can build and update walkthroughs without engineering help, so I'd weigh authoring ease heavily in a trial. What software are you trying to drive adoption of, an internal tool, or a customer-facing product?
