Pet profiles hold breed, coat type, temperament, grooming frequency and handling notes, along with vaccination and other required records and eSign waivers. Checkout handles cash, card (via Stripe) and on-account payments, split payments, promo codes, discounts and sales tax. Booking policies can apply cancellation and no-show fees automatically. Growing salons can add gift cards, loyalty points and punch cards, client referrals, staff commissions, time tracking and advanced reports. Enterprise adds unlimited locations, custom branding and API access.
