Something I love is the way I can Synchronize my calendar with the calendar of my iPad, every time I have a new appointment appears on the iPad. **What do you dislike about BookSteam?** For now I have not found something that hinders the performance of the program, I have had a good experience using BookSteam. **Recommendations to others considering BookSteam:** The customer service is excellent! I experienced some problems incorporating BookSteam on my website, the support worked together with me to solve the problem. Excellent appointment management tool at a very affordable price. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Miranda T. | Fisioterapeuta, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2019 **What do you like best about BookSteam?** BookSteam is an effective and automatic solution for the management of appointments, in addition to calendar management and email marketing, is based on the cloud and I love the flexibility it offers, first of all I love the ability to reward the loyalty and constancy of my patients through the allocation of tickets or gift card discount, additionally has allowed us to organize and have greater control of the administrative processes associated with patients. **What do you dislike about BookSteam?** It seems to me a very easy tool to use, effective but I would like to develop a little more integration with other software and programs, we had problems linking it to our website, however the technical service gave us the required guidance and we could solve it. **What problems is BookSteam solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are looking for another tool for scheduling appointment and we came across this program we decided to take the test for free and we were pleasantly satisfied, although we are 2 days away from the expiration of the free trial we could see that the software is very complete, we managed to insert data quickly and make the necessary adjustments to store our patient database, additionally we were pleasantly surprised by the appointment reminder system is very efficient, in addition to email generates an alert via text message, on the other hand the automated system helped us to organize better as well as increase our effectiveness as a work team. My patients have also told me that I have been very easy and manageable this tool as well as effective. ### 4. I am so happy I found you! **What do you dislike about BookSteam?** Would like the option to max out certain services (for example, max out massages at 5 per day and the other services are unlimited), no option to enter tips on receipts, don't like that swipe holds funds for 6 days when a client purchases a gift card, can't customize certain client notifications, no option for reviews outside the system such as google, Facebook etc. No booking link option on Instagram. **What problems is BookSteam solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have no issues currently, but every time I have had questions they always respond quickly. ### 5. One best feature about this software is the simplicity. BookSteam has simplified the scheduling of appointments not just for me but for my patients. They appreciate the ease of using the app. Don't even need to be tech savvy to use this software. **What do you dislike about BookSteam?** The system was a bit too complex for some our older employees and clients but there was improvement after training using the resources provided with the software. The initial software even takes a while but it is worth every penny of investment. It can be a little confusing to set up. Also, I think the software should have more integrations with different software. **Recommendations to others considering BookSteam:** Yes, I will recommend this software to people who make schedules and follow their day according to their plan and appointments. This really helps in managing my schedule and can help save in a lot of paperwork. Notifications are received on my phone if any appointment is approaching deadline. Technical support is also very friendly and quick so thats a huge plus for this software. As it is team based, my colleagues can even make any changes accordingly and I get all the relevant updates with any changes. ### 8. They appreciate the ease of using the software. No more forgetting and mixing appointments with another. Moreover, as I have a lot of appointments and meetings set up almost on a daily basis with team members, board, customers and clients, I can sync my calendar with my iPad calendar, whenever I get new appointments in booksteam it automatically shows up in my iPad. Also, I have to give a shout-out to customer support which is second to none. We've had a LOT of questions while setting up the system, and I can honestly say there was not a single time they did not reply quickly and concisely (usually within a 2-hour window; sometimes as quickly as 5 minutes). This is a HUGE step up from the customer support at the two other scheduling services we tried. **What do you dislike about BookSteam?** I do wish they were API-enabled, but they say that is in the works. Also it's worth mentioning that the setup process (particularly for multiple practitioners across several locations) takes a loooooong time. But I think it would be the same with ANY software that has as many capabilities as this one. Once the setup is done, though, the hours it will save you in the future make it all worthwhile! **Recommendations to others considering BookSteam:** This software is great for managing multiple practitioners juggling different modalities across several locations. **What problems is BookSteam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Now that we are using Booksteam, we have completely streamlined our old-school manual signup process. The system provides easy ways to schedule appointments for our business. One thing we really like is that our staff people can use their own separate accounts to login into their own schedule (and it did not cost extra). We tried a few other systems before, but compared to booksteam, they all felt like in development stage, limited in features and had poor support. We plan to continue use Booksteam in the future as long as they continue to deliver fantastic service and support. Our business scheduling is now fully automated, it has changed the way we work. **What do you dislike about BookSteam?** We would really like for booksteam to add Paypal integration in the payment processing so when my clients book an appointment online they can pay via Paypal.
