GroomTower is cloud-based management software built for pet grooming salons. It brings the schedule, client and pet records, online booking, reminders and checkout into one place, so salon owners and groomers spend less time at the front desk and more time grooming. The drag-and-drop calendar gives each groomer their own column, with day and week views and color-coded statuses from Booked through Arrived, In Service, Completed and Checked Out. Services can be priced and timed by pet size, with add-ons, prep and cleanup buffers, and deposits. Clients can book 24/7 through the salon's own online booking page. They choose their pet, service, time and, if the salon allows it, their groomer, all within the availability and booking rules the salon sets. Automated reminders and booking confirmations go out by email on every plan. Professional and Enterprise also include SMS reminders, confirm-by-text, and a two-way texting inbox with no per-message fees. Pet profiles hold breed, coat type, temperament, grooming frequency and handling notes, along with vaccination and other required records and eSign waivers. Checkout handles cash, card (via Stripe) and on-account payments, split payments, promo codes, discounts and sales tax. Booking policies can apply cancellation and no-show fees automatically. Growing salons can add gift cards, loyalty points and punch cards, client referrals, staff commissions, time tracking and advanced reports. Enterprise adds unlimited locations, custom branding and API access. GroomTower offers a 14-day free trial (30 days on Enterprise) with no credit card required, and the team imports your existing client and pet data for free.
