What do you like best about Grid My Business?

Having concentrated on Local Ranking for a bit over 4 years now, Grid My Business was one of the first viable options for a small business, so we've appreciated this solution ever since we got access. It was useful every time we had a new client and wanted to provide ongoing reports on our work and results. We are very glad to see the new upgrades and the tool becoming ever more useful and feature rich. I've always gotten great and fast support, so that is also an important plus. What do you dislike about Grid My Business?

What do you like best about Grid My Business?

While not precisely the main scope of our business, I still run and manage enough Google Business profiles that manual rank local tracking is no longer a feasible approach. I use Grid My Business to monitor the local ranking of the Google Businesses I manage. I like that it has multiple options for scanning size and distance, from 3x3 (cheap + suitable for a simple overview) to 15x15 (pricier but much more precise); I have the freedom to get exactly what I want, depending on the need.

I also use the monitoring feature to monitor the ranking of selected few Google Businesses, which saved me tons of time doing a new scan daily.

The accuracy is pretty decent too. I've compared the ranking in Grid My Business with what I saw in my phone's Google Maps; the ranking will be spot on or in line with real-world results.

This gives me the confidence to use it as a benchmark for my clients.

Ultimately, Grid My Business seems to be the perfect fit, especially after I factor in the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grid My Business?

Two of my clients' Google Business are SAB businesses, and I find Grid My Business unrefined in SAB tracking. It supports SAB tracking, but the UX is a bit clunky.
