IDS Manager has been a great asset to our IDS workflows. The team is very responsive to feedback and continues to add useful features that truly make a difference. We appreciate their support and customer-first approach.

It would be wonderful if loyal customers could enjoy additional discounts as a token of appreciation for long-term partnerships.

The IDS Manager has significantly enhanced our operational efficiency by streamlining the preparation of IDS documents.

**What do you like best about GreyB IDS Manager?**

These are my top six problems that are handled by IDS Manager best
1. Automatically downloading foreign references and English abstracts
2. Identifying already cited references (even if a different member of the same family was previously cited)
3. Syncing among members of a custom group
4. OCR of office actions
5. The option to choose among the three citation settings (because different clients have different requirements)
6. Automatic machine translation.
7. Cost savings

**What do you dislike about GreyB IDS Manager?**

Would like more support for foreign patent offices

**What problems is GreyB IDS Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The feature I like about the IDS Manager is it takes care of the UPSTO recommendations and the best practices automatically. Because of the IDS Manager we can process heavy volumes of IDS’s daily. 
The team at GreyB is super active on adding new features, and I have seen my feedback getting implemented in the product within weeks.
