**What do you like best about Gravite?**

Having been a Gravite client for over six months, we have been able to observe the numerous developments of the platform. This tool proves to be particularly effective for analyzing our customer feedback from various sources such as Google, Trustpilot, and our internal satisfaction surveys. The analyses offered are becoming more precise over time and now allow us to enrich our tickets. Furthermore, Syrbain and Thomas are always very available to answer our questions and are constantly seeking new improvements.

**What do you dislike about Gravite?**

It took us some time to obtain results usable by the different departments, but today, the tool has really proven to be relevant.

**What problems is Gravite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gravity saves us precious time on analyses that we previously performed manually.
