Gravit creates professional level graphic designs for websites and advertisements. The prime feature is that it is free and you can create your work without paying a penny for it. The learning curve is not steep and the application is user friendly. It has a beautiful interface . Sample designs are also available that give you inspiration to create something of your own. It is available as both web version and desktop version. It is not very advanced but is incredible for businesses that are just starting out. Gravit is a free software but unfortunately free things have some limitations. You cannot transport files to other platforms while using it. I discovered Gravit when my team was in need of a marketing plan. Gravit is a great tool for creating flyers and mini posters. The site gives you a set of templates or you can choose to customize and make your own. It spans a wide range of platforms, from posters to physical flyers to social media. If you are used to using "high-end" products for design such as Illustrator, then Gravit might be a step down for you. For the price of simplicity, you do lose some functionality. It's relatively easy to use, despite some limits to functionality, and it allows you to use their stock images or import your own to work with. It has a very pleasant and intuitive interface, with everything necessary (at a basic level) to create vector graphics like any other software in the same line, but without the enormous cost associated with industry-leading programs. This program started as a web-based application and has now migrated to a desktop application, which gives it even more advantages than it already had. This is about the most robust cross-platform (including Cloud) design tool I have seen. It is not as robust as its competitors (yet?), but the functionality is VERY impressive for a tool that is available online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
