**What do you like best about Grapify?**

Grapify is a tool that is both simple and comprehensive, allowing me to centralize all my data and manage my workflow from A to Z, from raw material orders to delivery to my final customer. Throughout this process, my traceability is managed, whereas it was a real nightmare for me before, on Excel...

**What do you dislike about Grapify?**

So far, I have nothing to complain about. The customer service is really great: they have been in the food industry for over 10 years, and it shows. You can tell they have real expertise and they always give good advice.

**What problems is Grapify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complete management of the process, with traceability both upstream and downstream. E-invoicing is integrated, as well as the monitoring of food quality. I also appreciate the centralization of data and mandatory documentation, which facilitates daily management and control.
