Sometimes turn around for communications can be delayed if they are working on multiple clients at a time. **Recommendations to others considering Grant Thornton:** For those considering Grant Thornton, understand the technical knowledge required to implement your product. Also consider the life cycle of the project. Grant Thornton can provide operation and maintenance contracts for the life of the project. The team members are consistent, so someone who knows your product will retain the institutional knowledge. Take the time to build the relationship with the team, they'll have buy in for the success of your project. **What problems is Grant Thornton solving and how is that benefiting you?** Grant Thornton are helping us by implementing the OneStream Platform for consolidation. GT plans and executes the technical build out of the product, integrating customer input into design. GT also assists in planning for the future of the product, keeping us aware of industry trends and upcoming new features with the product. This benefits us by off-loading the need for in-house technical knowledge. It also helps us make the most of our investment in the software. ### 2.
