I love is how user-friendly it was. Jessica offered a tutorial on how to use it but didn't think it was necessary and was able to get around very easily. Just a few clicks and I was able to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike is that not all of the messages are ready to send. They're good, but I still need to go in and make edits before sending. I still save a lot of time using it and am getting much better response rates (at least 3 times more). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adam (the founder) reached out to me directly and gave me a demo - I found it helpful that he was also a former searcher so he understands how critical it is to personalize emails. He's been extremely responsive with any questions I've had. Really like how Grafo can take my personal history from my LinkedIn account and incorporate it into my outreach messages and find commonalities between me and the owners I'm reaching out to. Still getting the odd message every once in awhile - sometimes see grammatical issues and awkward sentences. But these issues get addressed/resolved as soon as I let Adam know. Love the service and attention that they provide. Lin has been great - glad he reached out to me and introduced Grafo.
