Grafo has been a great tool for us. As a startup, we’ve been looking for affordable methods of cold outreach (with meaningful results) and this was easily the best option. Adam (the founder) reached out to me directly and gave me a demo - I found it helpful that he was also a former searcher so he understands how critical it is to personalize emails. He's been extremely responsive with any questions I've had. Really like how Grafo can take my personal history from my LinkedIn account and incorporate it into my outreach messages and find commonalities between me and the owners I'm reaching out to. Still getting the odd message every once in awhile - sometimes see grammatical issues and awkward sentences. But these issues get addressed/resolved as soon as I let Adam know. Love the service and attention that they provide. Lin has been great - glad he reached out to me and introduced Grafo. It's a simple and easy-to-use platform. Very reasonably priced for what it offers.
