Having used the platform for outreach, this reviewer appreciates the personalization features that have doubled response rates. There are occasional grammatical issues, but these are quickly resolved through the editing feature.

Love the service and attention that they provide. Lin has been great - glad he reached out to me and introduced Grafo. We send between 700 and 1k emails/week and this has saved us significant time and improved our response rates by around 2.5x. Platform is intuitive and easy to use. It's a simple and easy-to-use platform. Very reasonably priced for what it offers. It's great to have tool that does the research on the company or individual and creates a solid draft for my proprietary outreach messages. For AI-generated messages, Grafo is the most natural-sounding solution on the market. It's been really helpful for us to use it to draft our cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
