He's been extremely responsive with any questions I've had. Really like how Grafo can take my personal history from my LinkedIn account and incorporate it into my outreach messages and find commonalities between me and the owners I'm reaching out to. I've seen response rates over double in just the past couple of weeks. The messages sound much more natural than GPT. It's saved me hours of time. **What do you dislike about Grafo AI?** Still getting the odd message every once in awhile - sometimes see grammatical issues and awkward sentences. But these issues get addressed/resolved as soon as I let Adam know. The editing feature makes it easy to fix. Would say 8.5/9 out of 10 messages are ready to send. **What problems is Grafo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was getting 2-6% response rates before sending a combination of generic and 'somewhat' personalized cold emails. With Grafo, I'm getting between 17% and 46% response rates, depending on the sequence. Have been booking more calls with business owners. Lin has been great - glad he reached out to me and introduced Grafo. We send between 700 and 1k emails/week and this has saved us significant time and improved our response rates by around 2.5x. Platform is intuitive and easy to use. Love that we can connect to our HubSpot CRM! **What do you dislike about Grafo AI?** Nothing to note. Would be nice to send emails directly off the platform, but since we're using HubSpot for sequencing, we don't have a meaningful need for it. **What problems is Grafo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had about 3 interns doing company research and drafting personalized emails - pretty miserable task for them. Now we're giving them more meaningful work like industry research, proofreading emails, and some correspondence with business owners (setting up calls, etc). We've seen a nice boost in reply rates (from 12% to 28%). ### 3. Very reasonably priced for what it offers. It's great to have tool that does the research on the company or individual and creates a solid draft for my proprietary outreach messages. The consistent sentence structure allow me to edit and incorporate into my copies. The 'commonality' feature is great. **What do you dislike about Grafo AI?** Nothing really to complain about. The drafted messages are generally very solid. **What problems is Grafo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'd been spending too much time on outreach and hired interns to help, which wasn't as effective as I'd hoped. Using Grafo as a "writing assistant" has incredibly useful. Getting better response rates! ### 4. It's really easy to use even though I don't use HupSpot. Using the bulk feature, I get the completed messages emailed to my inbox when they're done. Super fast. **What do you dislike about Grafo AI?** Not all the messages are perfectly-writted. I'd say around 7 out of 10 are great.
