Their staff are very knowledgable and happy to work with us on making sure the app is utilized to it's full potential in our organization. **What do you dislike about Gozio?** I'd like to see products on their roadmap come sooner. I'm really looking forward to many of their upcoming product releases. **What problems is Gozio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an excellent avenue for our patiets to find care. ### 2. Users can easily find important information and can attend their appointments on time. ### 3. They developed a great original product, and have continued to work with us over time, improving it with every iteration. **What do you dislike about Gozio?** While there is some ability for the customer to configure tiles to display the content they'd like, in the way that they'd like, some additional flexibility in our hands would be a nice addition. **What problems is Gozio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We originally implemented Gozio with wayfinding as the primary focus. This has been a huge success. From the initial launch, we've added integration to our patient portal, as well as serving "care now" on the landing page of the app. ### 4. It does a great job balancing ease of getting started with supporting custom needs. **What do you dislike about Gozio?** Some of the data APIs have been inflexible and require additional effort. The Gozio development team has been hands-on with internal and third-party teams to support and bridge needs. **What problems is Gozio solving and how is that benefiting you?** A native mobile application for consumers and patients that does not require expensive and scarce internal resources.
