Customers can login, view invoices, statements, and make payments. Invoices can be generated either online or via the web portal. GoToMyAccounts provides a free QuickBooks sync application so that you can quickly and easily upload and update your QuickBooks data to the web portal. ## GoToMyAccounts Reviews ### 1. It allows you to track how much money you have spent for that company. It has great account management and has a great interface. Also, really well priced.It definitely helps keep your spending in check if you need to be more frugal. In the time of this pandemic, my business has had to check our spending and see if anything can be cut. We think this software is great for that. **What do you dislike about GoToMyAccounts?** Nothing really. I think it's a great software for all kinds of businesses. It makes your business more transparent and allows the user to see if their money is being put to good use. I think it's very useful. I would recommend it to any of my peers both personally and professionally. Everyone I know that uses it thinks the same thing and think's it's a great software for their business. **Recommendations to others considering GoToMyAccounts:** Nothing really. Keep doing what you're doing and keep expanding. It's a great software that will help users better track their spending and see if they're money is being used correctly and efficiently. It's helped my company see where we might be spending money that we don't need to or potentially where we have excess spending. **What problems is GoToMyAccounts solving and how is that benefiting you?** My company used it to allow our users to see what they're getting from us. My company is subscription based and, depending on the use of it, allows the user to recoup their expenses. It allows us to see how much money they've spent using us vs. how much revenue they generated from us. This allows us to be more transparent and our users don't have to guess whether or not their money is being put to good use or not. ### 2. Customizable templates for Invoices so they look the same as what is produced from Quickbooks. 2.Single Single Sign On with Word Press. This was a huge unexpected win for us. 3. Ability for customers to make payments online that sink back to quickbooks. 4. Free SSL with my own domain name pointed at the gotomyaccounts.com website, super easy to setup. **What do you dislike about GoToMyAccounts?** The agent that syncs quickbooks to the website has to be monitored for issues and restarted if anything goes wrong. It would be awesome if there was a watchdog that emailed if a sync had not happened in a specified period of time. **Recommendations to others considering GoToMyAccounts:** This does require a dedicated login to quickbooks to sync, unless used in conjunction with someone that is already logged into quickbooks. It seems the sync pauses when quickbooks is in use for other processes. **What problems is GoToMyAccounts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online access to invoice and credit memo history, current invoices dues and online payments. ### 3.
