## About Glysten Construction
Glysten Construction is estimating and job management for small builders and remodelers, kept simple on purpose. Build estimates by scope and cost code with quantities, unit costs, markup and overheads, and measure takeoffs straight from plan PDFs or photos. Send proposals and change orders that the client signs online, with no account needed. Invoice with retainage held back, and see budget against actual by cost code with the costs read from the books. It also keeps punch lists and warranty requests with photos, permits and inspections, subs' license and insurance dates flagged when they lapse, and lien waivers signed by subs online. Glysten Construction works on its own or alongside Glysten Books. It runs in a browser, and the first month is free.
