Glysten Books is web-based bookkeeping for people who own buildings and businesses through several LLCs. Every company sits under one login and keeps its own complete, separate books, on one subscription instead of one per company. It is built around what an owner with rental property actually does. The bank feed suggests a category for each transaction and waits for your approval before anything posts. Mortgage payments are split into principal, interest and escrow. Bank and card statements reconcile the account from the PDF. Properties, loans and classes are built in. You can bring your books across from QuickBooks Online, and export each company's books at any time. Glysten Books runs in a browser, and the first month is free.
Glysten Construction is estimating and job management for small builders and remodelers, kept simple on purpose. Build estimates by scope and cost code with quantities, unit costs, markup and overheads, and measure takeoffs straight from plan PDFs or photos. Send proposals and change orders that the client signs online, with no account needed. Invoice with retainage held back, and see budget against actual by cost code with the costs read from the books. It also keeps punch lists and warranty requests with photos, permits and inspections, subs' license and insurance dates flagged when they lapse, and lien waivers signed by subs online. Glysten Construction works on its own or alongside Glysten Books. It runs in a browser, and the first month is free.
Glysten Sign sends a business's own documents for electronic signature. Upload a PDF, say who signs it and where, and send it from one of your companies by name. Place signature, initials, date, name and text boxes for each signer, or add a signature page at the end. Up to ten signers sign in a set order or in any order. Each signer gets a link of their own, proves it is them with a code sent to their email, and signs in the browser with no account and no charge. Templates keep a document and its boxes to send again with new names. The signed PDF is sealed with a digital signature, so a PDF reader that checks signatures shows whether the file has been changed since, and it ends with a certificate page: who signed, when, and how each proved who they were. Every step is recorded. Glysten Sign works on its own, and the same signing engine runs proposals and change orders in Glysten Construction. It runs in a browser, and the first month is free.
Glysten Technologies builds software for people who own buildings and businesses, often through several LLCs. Glysten Books is bookkeeping with every company under one login and one subscription, each keeping its own complete, separate books. It is built around rental property: a bank feed that suggests and waits for your approval, mortgage payments split into principal, interest and escrow, and reconciliation straight from a statement PDF. Glysten Construction runs estimates, takeoffs, proposals, change orders and job costs, tied to the books. Glysten Sign sends documents for e-signature and keeps a sealed, tamper-evident record. Glysten Personal shows a household's net worth alongside the companies it owns. Each product stands alone, and they work together when you hold more than one. Everything runs in a browser, and the first month is free. Built in Portland, Oregon, by an owner with eight LLCs, because nothing else fit.
