Accessibility. This product makes what you offer a global offering without being a global company. I love this. You don't have to be a global company to have a global workforce. Using GlobalLink has increased the quality of our translations in the sense that we now work with a set of common Translation Memories that all our staff working with translations benefit from. The result is a more professional language across different sources and files using the same terminology. I appreciate the support we have received both from the Transperfect technical team through the setting up of our Inriver connector as well as the PM team at Semantix answering multiple questions covering all areas of working with both the translations and the platforms involved.
