"Centralized Data Hub That Simplifies Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Aleph?

The best thing about Aleph is having a central platform that brings our Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite data together in one place. It makes reporting much simpler and helps improve the quality of our reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aleph?

The main downside to Aleph is its limited dashboard functionality, although it does seem like new dashboard features are being released consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Aleph: AI-powered financial single source of truth with outstanding support"
5/5
What do you like best about Aleph?

Aleph allows us to store our historical and prospective financial data in one place as a single source of truth, and it layers AI on top that which has supercharged what we can do as a finance function. The UI isn't always the most intuitive, but the customer support is fantastic and easily bridges that gap. The Aleph team is very communicative and will help solve problems live, even at short notice. It integrates with both upstream and downstream data which adds additional value by allowing us to pull in contextual data to help strengthen the AI pieces. Like any AI, it can take a few minutes to run and refresh integrations but it is not an unreasonable amount of time and you can set up automations to make this easier. Overall, I feel like the ROI is worthwhile for us. We could have built these workflows in house but with it would have been a greater lift for us and the AI component wouldn't be tailored to financial data, which for me is a big selling point. What do you dislike about Aleph?

The UI is not super intuitive and the self help walkthroughs for things isn't comprehensive. If no one had shown me how to use the extension, I likely wouldn't have figured out every step correctly on my own. Also, the dashboards could use some extra features but I'm sure these are on the roadmap. It's missing deletion and drag and drop features which would make managing the blocks easier. "Convenient and Easy to Use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aleph?

Convenience, ease of use, optionality, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aleph?

Would like there to be more customization - such as being able to save "templates" or explores that you use often in an excel. It would be nice if we could push/pull data that's not directly P&L / BS / CFS related. Sometimes I noticed it can glitch depending on how fast im pulling an explore, but maybe that will improve with time as new updates as launched, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Data Visualization"
4/5
What do you like best about Aleph?

The data visualization tools are helpful and time efficient to create and analyze. It's also helpful to pull from your warehouse / database (ex. Snowflake, Netsuite, etc.) in a time efficient manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aleph?

To create the charts manually is not that intuitive and the odd formulaic necessity in excel makes the tool less attractive. To connect Snowflake, we need to connect each individual table which is a bit annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized financial data with real process improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Aleph?

The flexibility to build finance models and reports directly on top of live data without relying on engineering. The NetSuite integration works well, and being able to pull, structure, and analyze data without exporting to Excel every time saves significant time in a lean finance team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aleph?

The UI has a learning curve and some workflows feel unintuitive until you've spent enough time in the platform. Documentation could be deeper for more advanced use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
