What do you like best about GetAccept?

What I like best about GetAccept is how seamless the whole experience feels. The onboarding process is straightforward and well-supported, making it easy to get up and running quickly without unnecessary friction. Their team is also incredibly helpful (especially Sophia and Chanelle!). Any queries are handled promptly and helpfully, which makes a real difference when you’re working at pace.

The dashboard itself is another standout feature. It’s clean, user-friendly, and gives clear visibility, so everything you need is easy to find and manage. As we get closer to rolling out to the rest of our team, it's clear that GetAccept is reliable platform that just works, which is exactly what you want from a tool that will be used everyday. What do you like best about GetAccept?

I find GetAccept very easy to use, which really stands out to me. I also appreciate the integration between Lime and GetAccept, since it pulls in personal client information ahead of time and saves me time. The initial setup was smooth as well, and overall it was straightforward to get started. The signing feature online is very nice to have. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Maybe improve things when structuring the offers. I don’t like that the Remove Box tab appears under the view, so you have to scroll just to click it. Also, the text in the boxes lags sometimes, and you can’t type new text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetAccept?

I find GetAccept easier to use than Scrive, which is great for signing documents and tracking contracts. The platform's ease of use stands out to me. I really like the contract editing feature because it's very intuitive to edit contracts directly without needing to switch back to Word or PDF. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Sometimes the interface feels a bit cluttered and navigation could be more intuitive. It can be hard to find specific settings since they're spread across different menus. A more unified settings panel or a search function within the app would make it faster to navigate, especially for new users. What do you like best about GetAccept?

We have used GetAccept for our contracts for many years now and that has always worked like a charm but the true power for my daily work lies in another use case. Before GetAccept released the Dealroom feature, we used to send all documents and information via mail or individual links to PDFs. Now, we can collect everything from materials, summaries, videos, and offers in one place as a mini website and allow for interaction with our contacts. This truly took our process to the next level. What do you like best about GetAccept?

I like how GetAccept is a crucial or valuable part for us in managing contracts, meeting notes, and offers. It's great that Shareon can share meeting notes with colleagues and see which part they are more interested in. I think it's a legit source, which is super important for aligning with customers and ensuring they follow-up on meeting notes. It's quite easy to drop balls in sales, but GetAccept helps us avoid that part. Also, their customer success or salesperson team is really eager to understand our needs and help us. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

Some companies can't open the documents, which is something to fix. Also, there can be small bugs sometimes. While integration with Salesforce is crucial, it's not working exactly as we want it to. This capability is crucial, especially since many of our customers are new to our services and need guidance on ROI through well-formed business cases and precise calculations.

Moreover, the meeting note summary feature proves invaluable as it automatically generates relevant content and business cases from our discussions. This level of automation refines our operations, enabling our representatives to follow up quickly and accurately. With substantial deals involving various stakeholders, having a dedicated room is vital to ensure that everyone is aligned on the ROI, particularly since key decision-makers might not always engage from the start. What do you like best about GetAccept?

It is easy enough for room builders to learn quickly, and provides the room readers a visually pleasing experience. Recently added AI-functions may speed up or improve the quality of the room building experience. The analytics provide useful signals on reader engagement. The invitation delivery coupled with personalisation such as video recording is good for the early trust-factor with the readers. GetAccept staff, such as Chanelle, are genuinely interested and invested in joint success. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

GetAccept growth story has evolved from an e-signature tool to a more serious sales enablement suite. This natural evolution has manifested in some of the capabilities being stranded. For example, the Sales Room was not tightly coupled with the e-signature process at first, however, the integrated functions and seamless operations have improved since. Yet, the same lack of integration can still be seen, for example, by the Meetings capability not being able to attach existing (or new) documents from the Files function. There are also clear bugs that erode the performance and user experience, for example, the meeting memo form is suffering from debouncing, rendering, race conditions, or cache issues, making fast typing impossible. In practice, the users have to write their memos outside the app and copy-paste them in. Historically good development track record would suggest that these quality issues and cross-functional under utilization matters will be resolved in the future. I really appreciate how GetAccept helps me maintain clear, structured, and transparent communication with customers. I also like the recent AI-powered features for content creation and the ability to turn rooms into templates, which saves a lot of time. What do you dislike about GetAccept?

There are a few areas that could be improved. The action plan and task overview can get confusing, especially for staff on mobile who struggle to see just their own tasks across multiple projects. I’d really like a simpler way for each user to see only their assigned to-dos, ideally in a consolidated view. Switching between different accounts and rooms can also be a hassle, and sometimes technical issues like login access or room ownership get in the way. Another major advantage is the real-time insights into how recipients interact with documents—such as when they open them, how long they spend, and which sections they focus on. This provides valuable context and makes follow-ups much more effective.
