  ### 1. Easy Drag-and-Drop Deal Rooms, but a Confusing Component Library at First

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

The platform is very easy to use and build out the specific content within rooms using drag and drop builder and components. My company purchased the product primarily to create deal rooms (without then using any of the contract features) so I can only really comment on those features. It's good value for what it does.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

The contents/component library structure is a little bit confusing when first getting started; as well as the differences between templates and actual rooms.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We specifically purchased GetAccept to help gain insight into buyer behaviours at the point of conversion; we were struggling to see if / when someone was looking at a proposal we had sent out and following up to understand if they were likely to go on to buy. By building out our proposal in GetAccept, it did help with improving visibility of engagement. However I'm not sure the sales team used it to it's full functionality and capabilities.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

I like the integration of GetAccept into our CRM SuperOffice because I can use all customer contacts directly through it. The digital signature feature really solves a big problem for us. Overall, the initial setup was completely okay.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

the translations of the GUI of GetAccept and the integration into SuperOffice (i-Centrum) are partially incorrect and need to be improved

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GetAccept for digital signatures. The integration into our CRM SuperOffice allows me to use all customer contacts directly.

Pretty initiative.  Seems to work most of the time without issue or complaint.

It can be finicky with our CRM.  I get stuck with some contract creations every now and then.

We needed a contract platform.

Can sometimes be a bit slow when loading

documents or freeze indefinitely and have to reload.

We bought Getaccept because of its Hubspot integration but have to use it as a stand alone as the integration is unreliable

  ### 6. Potentially cool features, with a lot of admin hassle

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

I love that you can live track the proposals you send out. Getting a notification whenever a prospect opens a proposal we can get a notification. You can see how long they spend on each page, which means that we can basically see what they do and do not find interesting.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

The setup of the tool, with organizations and the users is overly complex. Also, I encountered quite some bugs while using the tool. I had an issue where I was logged in and then all of the sudden was logged out for no real reason. Not an issue per se, but when I tried to log back in it was not possible because the last time I logged in was too recent? This was quite strange and just one of the glitches that we've come across. Also the connection with Hubspot is in my opinion quite strange, where you need to have a google extension for it to work.

**Recommendations to others considering GetAccept:**

I'd consider native tools to your Sales CRM, like Hubspot's quotes

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't try to solve an issue, but more improve on our current proposition. Whenever our sales agents are in discussion with prospects, we'd like for them to be able to explain all the benefits of using Sendcloud. This means that we would like to have a customizable quote which can be used easily by any of our sales agents.

Hmm, weird about the log in/log out issue, not something we're familiar with but I will definitely make sure we have a closer look at it. Regarding Hubspot integration I agree that we can do more to improve and we are. We are investing a lot to take our integrations to the next level to ensure an even better experience working from for instance the CRM.

**What do you like best about GetAccept?**

It's great that you can get notifications of exactly what's happening with your documents. The delivery rate is also amazing, we've never had complaints of people not receiving the emails. The concept of GetAccept is brilliant, the execution unfortunately not so.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

There are constantly many bugs in the platform that makes it very time consuming to work with. Our sales team almost spends more time on reporting bugs than sending contracts.  The sync with Pipedrive is also not flawless; it doesn't properly recognize if a contract is sent on Deal-, Person- or Organization level, which could really use some improvements. The automated loading of data from Pipedrive into a GetAccept contract also looks terrible, as the contract design itself is rendered & blurred, while the pulled- in data is sharp. For that reason, all our sales reps have to manually change all data in the contract every time which is not what we expect when we signed initially with GetAccept.

We needed a software to get legal signatures on contracts, which is exactly what we're using GetAccept for.

Reports from GetAccept. Esigning and the integration with Pipedrive

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Dutch not yet available and the PDF template function doesnt work that good as we expected.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just started. The problems we want to solve is making it easier to sign documents and make our proposals better and improve our salesprocess.

I like the video attachment for customers.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Integration to our CRM (Pipedrive) is clunky. We've not used it for as much as we'd planned. It isn't the full solution we'd hoped for.

**What problems is GetAccept solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a good solution for E-docs.  Although clunky, it is nice to have it integrated into our crm.

The tool is pretty easy to use and every month gets stronger, overall a solid option for a SME or startup to use initially

Doesn't link well with Salesforce, causing extra steps being needed to get contracts done

Great for companies on a budget that aren't going to be doing thousands of contracts

We use Docusign for Salesforce contract and Getaccept for HR and other contract signing on an ad hoc basis

Being able to add photos to a proposal, reporting on how long a customer views each page of the document, integration with Pipedrive

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

Customers complain they get blank proposals, if the customer has a pop-up blocker, it causes issues, depending on what browser the customer uses, will affect how the software will open our document for them. 

**Recommendations to others considering GetAccept:**

Work out the bugs as fast as possible.  We're looking at other options and considering leaving GetAccept for all of the issues we've been having.

Easier to sign proposals than other software we've used in the past.

GetAccept is easy to use and helps oversimplify the process and signing for the recipient.

It occasionally won't show every contract that is out or won't show if/what recipients have seen.

It helps with sending out contracts and tracking them as opposed to waiting for a pdf to be sent around.

The overall e-signature system is fairly easy to use. Uploading documents is a quick process and clients are able to review and sign without any issues.

**What do you dislike about GetAccept?**

My only complaint is that the UX on the bank end is a little cumbersome. A little work is needed to make it easier is add a signor and tag their fields.

**Recommendations to others considering GetAccept:**

Make sure that you are comfortable with their back end.  Uploading documents is easy, but they can be difficult to find later on.

I use get accept to gather e-signatures on contract and business documents.
