# How are you using GetAccept as a central hub for sales materials and deal rooms?

We have had a great experience with GetAccept as a central hub for sales, especially for keeping prospect decks, videos, and other sales materials in one place. Their team has been very responsive, and our CSM helped us work through an integration we wanted to build, plus they were receptive to feature requests. We also connected it to Gong to track when someone enters a deal room as an activity. How are others organizing content and tracking engagement in GetAccept?

I’m mostly using GetAccept to send, track, and manage contracts in one place, which makes signatures and follow ups a lot easier. Having everything centralized saves me time and helps speed up the sales process. The only downside I’ve run into is the interface can feel a bit slow at times, especially when I’m trying to move quickly between tasks.

### Comment 2

I’m using the Deal Room mainly to keep deals moving and keep prospects engaged throughout the sales process. It’s been especially helpful once we get into contracting since everything stays in one place. Only minor gripe is the workflow can feel like a few too many steps, so I’d love it to be a bit more intuitive.
