all call data and recordings saved on cloud , reporting based system , best practices

already in developing stage , waiting for the new UI implementation

**What problems is Geomant Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we used to get a lot of enquiry calls which need to be reported to higher management on real time basis , this software helps in solving taking notes and redirecting the calls
