**What do you like best about Genetrix?**

It is very beginner friendly and provides me with simplistic terms to be able to use the website on my own without any guidance. The structure of the applications allows me to examine what needs I have that need to be satisfied versus what I need to work on during sales analyses.

**What do you dislike about Genetrix?**

Some more specific features are hard to find when examining analysis. It can be cumbersome to look for one specific item and it not showing properly or not being able to identify it right away.

**Recommendations to others considering Genetrix:**

I recommend Genetix for small build-up companies or those that are training multiple new staff.

**What problems is Genetrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Genetrix helps me to grasp the understanding of how to market to niche customers and what features I need to look for in order to appeal to a consumer. As someone who works in admin, I am a beginner for a lot of features relating to business analysis and marketing therefore I need all the help I can get with a user friendly app.
