For years I tried to wear all of the hats in our company. If you knew me this is laughable. I am not tech savvy at all, but more than others in our company. I was being asked to fixed problems that were beyond my scope of expertise, let alone comprehend. So, I did the smartest thing ever and found Geek Support. Matt contacted me immediately and confidentally explained their service, the benefit of working with this american based company and the benefit of working with their highly skilled 4 man team. I was instantly sold and it has been a beautiful relationship ever since. Within days, the team on-boarded our staff members and we were up and running. We call them for the simplest of things to much more complicated issues (complicated to me, lol!). Nevertheless, the Geek Squad is always eager to help us with any situation that arises. What problems is Geek Support solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us in many areas, but at the present they are digitally organizing us! As a company we are in need of everything being in one place.
