What I like about GATSY is that it has made running my company so much easier. It’s very organized and efficient. The job management section is especially great because everything is structured exactly how I want it, which helps me keep things organized and makes it easy to track jobs from start to finish. I also love that it integrates with OneDrive and automatically creates the same folder structure, so my files stay organized without me having to build everything manually.
I use it for scheduling as well, managing shifts and collecting task sheets when employees clock in, so all the documentation is saved in the right place. I also really like the QuickBooks integration because it saves me a lot of time. When employees use their credit card, their expenses and receipts get uploaded into GATSY, and then it flows into QB and is sorted into the correct account once I approve the expense in GATSY.
I also like the Order Management feature because it’s super helpful. I can place orders directly through GATSY since it sends the vendor my request, and I can include preliminary project information. Overall, everything feels centralized and clean, and I genuinely enjoy using it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
