What do you like best about GaggleAMP?

It's just so simple and straightforward to use. We had great onboarding and excellent support from the very beginning and ongoing. Everything is explained clearly and all questions are responded to very quickly. We have created a great internal tool that has more than paid for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?

My biggest frustration is with activating our internal users who have a seat but have only posted a small number of times or not at all. We need to find ways to keep people engaged and make sure that them posting through the platform becomes second nature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GaggleAMP?

A key aspect that drew us to GaggleAmp was the gamification feature. We have a friendly and competitive bunch, so having a platform that incorporated gamification was a must for us. This feature has been instrumental in motivating our employees to participate actively and consistently in the program. It adds an element of fun and friendly competition, which has helped to sustain engagement and keep our team excited about sharing our content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?

They are constantly updating and improving the platform, so I suspect these will potentially be features down the line... One, I wish there was a way to incude 2 or 3 copy variations with a shared post. There is the AI paraphrasing tool. However, we have different groups where the messaging may be completely different where paraphrasing just doesn't cut it. Two, for a shared post, if a post fits the requirements for multiple platforms, I wish I could create one post for multiple platforms at once vs individually. "Quick and Easy Employee Advocacy with GaggleAMP"
What do you like best about GaggleAMP?

I have deployed GaggleAMP 3 times at different companies as our employee advocacy solution. Each time GaggleAMP provided outstanding training for me as the administrator and supported my internal training for employees registering and using the tool. I have a dedicated Customer Support representative I met with regularly during the first three months providing valuable feedback on how the tool was being used within our company and best practices to add for better engagement.

Unless you are deploying employee advocacy for a massive, global organization, I highly recommend this product based on its features, support, and overall cost. The payback from employee engagement recoups the investment within a few months and I receive plenty of kudos from people using employee advocacy for the first time as they see growth in their social media account. What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?

The tool has been simplified over my past three deployments; however, the administration becomes more complex simply because it offers more features. What do you like best about GaggleAMP?

GaggleAmp has been helpful in providing employees with an easy way to share on social as intended. The platform is easy to navigate for both admins and members. The customer support has been really good so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GaggleAMP?

I do wish that I could edit the noticiation email template a bit and for some reason the settings around the notifications weren't as easy as I thought they should be to edit.

What do you like best about GaggleAMP?

I love that it allows our global feed to be in English, and still service other countries through our employees to target them in their local-language and with regional specific topics that their audience would be interested in. I wish tagging people's regions would be a bit easier. Right now, when someone joins I need to manually go in and tag their region for the newsfeed / their content feed. I have to set a reminder quaretly to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GaggleAMP?

I love that our company can share important things on social in a way that makes it super easy to engage with (Like, Comment, Share etc). Instead of only engaging once in a while, it allows me to more frequenlty engage! It was super easy to get set up, and integrate with slack internally! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish it would change up the language for each person that shares a post so it doesn't look like everyone in the company is sharing the same thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks so much for the feedback! Regarding the language, we can do that with AI-powered paraphrasing. It's a feature that would need to be turned on at the admin level but would allow you to have the manager create content and distribute it to members with different wording, or you can put the power in the members hands and let them paraphrase an already received activity.
