Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:

i have been with G&A for 7 years and i will never leave. payroll is all online and the website is very easy to navigate. The time, money and BRAIN DAMAGE they save me has no price. Its tremendous, it takes me 10-15 minutes to do payroll bi-monthly and that's with me taking a break between completing and accepting. LOL The program is easy and the amount of time and money it cost to do payroll for 10 people is crazy compared to logging in and clicking some buttons. Kathy Ranker is my day-to-day support and she is amazing i could not do it without her she is truly wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is G&A Partners Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

if i ever have an issue or my employees they are on it and the issue is resolved in minutes or hours depending on the complexity of the issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering G&A Partners Services:

You get what you pay for in some ways. G&A was recommended to me by a PEO broker as an option for a lower-cost PEO with quality customer service. G&A is affordable and my account management contacts have been willing to work with me to negotiate costs which I greatly appreciate. Just know that in the day-to-day operations, there are tons of quirks and challenges to the tech platforms. Nothing catastrophic has happened yet, but I make sure to double or triple check every pay run, all benefits enrollments, any updates to employee info, etc. And then if there's an error, I can easily get help to correct it.
