What do you like best about FullyRamped?

FullyRamped quickly became an essential tool for my team.

From using it to vet candidates in the interview process with mock cold calls, to leveraging it for practice in a no risk environment throughout onboarding, to ongoing training following up on enablement sessions - it's proven invaluable.

It's also been a huge timesaver for me. Most importantly, I'm no longer a bottleneck to my reps development since they don't have to wait for me to be available to do an in-person role play. Additionally, all I had to do was create one persona and I can quickly scale that into different scenarios (objection handling, calling different tiered personas, etc).

It's extended my capacity as a manager by giving my team more training sessions while giving them tailored practice scenarios that mimic real life conversations they'd be in every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FullyRamped?

A mobile app would be super helpful. It'd be great to be able to view call history and analytics on the go while allowing the team to practice directly from their phones.

I do know they can still call bots directly from their phones, some teammates have saved these practice personas into their phones, making it easy to access but a mobile app with similar functionality would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FullyRamped?

FullyRamped has been a game-changer for ensuring our SDRs are sharp on verticals, personas, and value propositions. Their platform allows reps to ramp faster with structured, AI-driven training that simulates real conversations. As we expanded into global regions like Australia, they adapted seamlessly—setting up local servers to improve latency and ensure a smooth experience. What do you dislike about FullyRamped?

The platform is already strong, and the team is always improving it, but I’d love to see them expand into additional languages to better support global teams. Having AI bots that can train SDRs in multiple languages would make a huge impact. I’m also looking forward to seeing how they continue evolving the AI scenarios and adding even more customization options to make training even more dynamic. Not only is the product incredibly helpful for training Salespeople, but the team at FullyRamped goes and above and beyond to make sure the technology catered to the need of their users.

It would help if the grading system on cold calls would have more integrations to systems we're already using for outreach so we could analyze the performance of cold calls without sending the information to FullyRamped, then we could do it directly in our day to day system. What do you like best about FullyRamped?

FR has totally transformed the way SDRs onboard and improve their skills at my company. We're able to create and built fully personalized AI personas to practice different talk tracks. Our SDRs are able to ramp up so much quick by just getting more reps. This is a must have if you have an SDR team or any sales team.
