"User friendly and fast to operate"

What do you like best?

I am using FRS as a user. This is very easy to fill up and add/edit your information or access your records.

What do you dislike?

Consumes a lot time is the only problem. Page gets hung and wait for your details to be edited.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try to implement it in your system and realise the benefit and business improvements

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I access my internal information and audit tracking, background process which is a lot easier to do. I find FRS saved a lot of time and improved the business.
