# Which cash flow management platforms are highest-rated for controllers managing multi-bank transaction visibility and payment automation based on user reviews?

Looking for input from G2 reviewers who are controllers, treasury managers, and finance operations leads at organisations managing cash across multiple bank accounts, multiple entities, or multiple currencies in the Cash Flow Management category, specifically from those whose daily operational challenge is knowing the cash position across all accounts simultaneously without logging into each bank portal individually.

The platforms with the strongest multi-bank visibility and payment automation evidence:

Kyriba: Controllers credit the centralised banking and payment information that consolidates cash positions across all accounts and entities into a single source of truth, eliminating the bank portal login cycle that previously occupied treasury operations staff for hours each morning.

Trovata: The natural language search that allows controllers to find specific transactions across all banks by searching by amount, counterparty, or date range without building a custom report is credited for reducing the time spent on transaction research and reconciliation.

Bottomline Technologies: The positive pay file generation and exception handling that protects against check and ACH fraud in a multi-bank environment is specifically credited for managing the payment security risk that comes with high-volume payment operations across multiple banking relationships.

HighRadius: The automatic transaction categorisation and reconciliation matching rate is credited for reducing the daily bank reconciliation from an hours-long manual process to an exception-review task where the controller focuses on the unmatched items rather than confirming matched ones.

SAP Cash Management: The bank connectivity through SAP's standard SWIFT and host-to-host connections and the cash position report that pulls actual and planned cash flows from the live transaction data in the system are credited for producing a cash position that is continuously current rather than a point-in-time snapshot.

For controllers who manage cash across five or more bank accounts: what is your current process for knowing the consolidated cash position at the start of each business day, and what is the average time that process takes from first login to a confirmed, trusted cash position number that you would report to the CFO?

For multi-bank visibility, the number I’d want alongside time-to-cash-position is data freshness by bank. A consolidated dashboard is only trustworthy if controllers know which balances are current and which feeds are delayed. Otherwise one stale connection can make a polished single cash position look more certain than the underlying data actually is.
