**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishnnaraj V. | Associate Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Froth TestOps?**

What impresses me most about Froth TestOps is how smoothly it fits into modern DevOps workflows, bringing both manual and automated testing together in a unified environment. Unlike traditional test management tools that simply organize test cases, TestOps weaves quality assurance directly into the continuous delivery pipeline. This approach ensures that quality is embedded throughout every phase of development, not just checked at the end.

The platform also excels in requirement traceability and real-time progress tracking. Having the ability to connect requirements, test scenarios, and defect information in a single view offers exceptional clarity for both QA professionals and business stakeholders.

Ultimately, what I value most about Froth TestOps is its thoughtful combination of collaboration, automation, and traceability. This empowers teams to achieve faster releases without sacrificing quality.

**What do you dislike about Froth TestOps?**

I hope future updates will offer improved dashboard customization and more advanced analytics features.

**What problems is Froth TestOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Froth TestOps tackles one of the major challenges in quality assurance: the absence of comprehensive visibility and collaboration across manual, automated, and DevOps-driven testing workflows. By consolidating all testing activities within a single platform, it breaks down barriers between QA, development, and operations teams, fostering a more integrated approach.

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Froth TestOps?**

unifies manual and automated testing within a single, cohesive environment. Unlike conventional test management tools, TestOps doesn’t just organize test cases — it integrates quality assurance directly into the continuous delivery pipeline, ensuring quality is built into every stage of development rather than tested at the end.

The platform’s requirement traceability and real-time progress visibility are also exceptional. Being able to link requirements, test scenarios, and defect insights in one view provides unmatched clarity for both QA and business stakeholders.

**What do you dislike about Froth TestOps?**

I hope future updates will offer improved dashboard customization and more advanced analytics features.

**What problems is Froth TestOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Froth TestOps effectively addresses one of the biggest challenges in QA — the lack of end-to-end visibility and collaboration across manual, automated, and DevOps-driven testing workflows. By bringing all test activities into a unified platform, it eliminates silos between QA, development, and operations teams

  ### 3. A Unified, AI-Driven Test Management platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** subhra s. | Technical Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Froth TestOps?**

Froth TestOps made our testing life a lot easier. Whether it’s Web, API, or Mobile, everything sits in one place—manual and automated tests, dashboards, insights, all under one roof. We’re able to release faster, catch issues early, and avoid the chaos of switching between different tools. The AI features are a huge bonus—pointing out flaky tests, recommending what to automate, and even flagging risks before they turn into real problems and generating test scenarios and test cases in few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Froth TestOps?**

The platform does a lot already, but we’d love to see support for testing databases and schemas. That would round out the feature set nicely.

**What problems is Froth TestOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Froth TestOps, testing felt scattered—different tools, disconnected teams, and plenty of miscommunication. Now, we’ve centralized everything: test planning, execution, CI/CD integration, and even defect traceability. The platform orchestrates test execution based on priority, aligns QA and developers through real-time visibility, and ensures our product quality stays consistent sprint after sprint.

AI is the standout here. It doesn’t just automate—it guides. From highlighting risk-prone areas to accelerating decisions on what to test next, it’s like having a smart QA analyst built into the tool.

It’s also worth noting the reporting suite: our stakeholders love the clarity, and we love the traceability—from requirement to execution to defect. We’ve released faster, with fewer bugs, and with greater confidence.

Bottom line: Froth TestOps made our testing not just better, but smarter. And that’s a win for the whole team.

  ### 5. Froth TestOps is honestly one of the most complete test management platforms I’ve used so far

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chaitanya P. | Automation Lead, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Froth TestOps?**

Everything is in one place — manual test cases, automation, Jira defect sync, and even test plan approvals. The integration with Jira is very flexible; we were able to map required and optional fields easily with token-based authentication, and it syncs defect status in real-time. The Froth WebDriverIO framework works really well with GitHub and BrowserStack — our team can quickly write and run JavaScript test scripts, and the test results along with session videos are pushed back to TestOps. The daily dashboards are super useful for tracking test script conversions and execution progress. It’s helped our team manage testing better, avoid tool hopping, and stay focused on quality. Even Manual tester also can do Automation with this tool.

**What do you dislike about Froth TestOps?**

Bulk updates (Patching) for test cases would save a lot of time, especially when we have to update fields across 100s of cases. Hoping the team adds these soon. Also Team should allow user to add a customised code snippet button that can we used repeatedly while doing a script as per requirements of the scenario. This customization feature will helpful for Modify and add some Extra External Codes used again and again.

**What problems is Froth TestOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Froth TestOps, we had to manage different tools for manual test case writing, automation tracking, defect logging, and CI integration — it was a lot to juggle. TestOps brought all of that together. Now, our test cases are connected to test runs, automation scripts, and even defects in Jira — all in one place. We also use GitHub Actions and BrowserStack integration, so our regression runs are fully automated with videos and logs directly available in TestOps. This has helped us speed up UAT cycles, improve visibility with stakeholders, and keep our automation aligned with every sprint. Newly Introduced API automation is the game changer for this tool.

I would definitely want to have a product that can also test out Databases and schemas. Looking forward for the Team to bring this feature as well.

**What problems is Froth TestOps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Froth TestOps really helps bring order to the often messy world of testing. Instead of juggling multiple tools for manual, automated, and API tests, everything’s in one place—which makes it easier for QA, developers, and product folks to stay aligned.

What really stands out is the AI. It flags flaky tests, suggests which ones to automate, and even highlights risk areas before they become problems. That’s saved our team a lot of time and guesswork.

We also use it to coordinate our test runs across CI/CD pipelines. The platform handles prioritization, so the most important tests run first, and we get fast feedback without slowing down the release.

The reporting is solid too—real-time dashboards, traceability to requirements and defects, and all the metrics our leads care about. It’s helped us catch issues earlier, speed up releases, and keep quality from becoming a bottleneck.

In short, Froth TestOps has made our testing smarter, faster, and more connected.
