The onboarding support has been really good. They offered me a very professional course free of charge to learn how to personalize cold email outreaches, warm-up campaign, develop templates, do follow ups etc.
I do like the UI and simplicity of the tool and the ease of implementation. I have been using it a lot to get my campaigns off the ground. I love the dashboard so i can see what campaigns have done well and which ones not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not a CRM tool but only focuses on particular functions (emailing, campaigns) which means that you have to integrate or import and export the data to your CRM. This is the biggest drawback.
Once you have started a campaign you cannot individually personalize each email so i had to create one campaign for one user which is not productive.
Also you need to come with reliable email contacts and Frostbite does not do any of the checking /validation or enriching in case you dont have the data.
These reasons made me switch to a CRM like FOLK.APP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
