**What do you like best about FreshSchools?**

FreshSchools is an incredible application. The team behind it is deeply committed to helping schools succeed without breaking the budget. They understand technology, and the logistical and financial struggles of schools, and for that reason, they have created a set of tools to alleviate all three types of challenges. The family directory is exceptional. Our families can easily communicate with a parent, their children's entire classes, teachers, or anyone in the school, all while keeping contact information private if they wish. I love the ability to have photos of parents and students in the profiles; it makes it much easier to put a face to a name. There are so many features that are usually scattered across various software tools. It's not just an excellent family directory, but it includes an email service, volunteer sign-ups, event creation and calendar, a place to upload photos of classes and events, a file directory to put all your school's flyers and announcements, and an amazing dashboard so you can see announcements, upcoming events, and what's happening at any time.

**What do you dislike about FreshSchools?**

It took me a while to set it up, but other than that, I haven't had any issues with the software. It would be nice if a completely free version were offered instead of just a free trial version.

**What problems is FreshSchools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program has replaced our printed school directory. This app-based program allows our parents to communicate with the school and with each other. It is very easy to use and parents can update their own information.
