It's an affordable product for just about every small company. No matter if you are mail order, manufacturing, distribution etc. We use it in conjunction with their web/ecommerce product Sitelink - and they integrate pretty well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some really nice, devoted people there - however - they need to get with the times - and update their product. The Tax Jar integration is buggy. Tech support is ok - but they could use a few more in support. I was excited when they were purchased by FOG - out of Illinois - but since the purchase - I haven't seen any major updates. I am hoping that Sitelink will be updated and TaxJar integration too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives you one place for order and inventory management. Support is firendly and will eventually help you out with issues in both using and fixing the program. (This is good as you will be using them often.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a very dated solution, and the problems with the software compound every time you update it. The database does not easily integrate with other software, reqiring additional third-party software to function. Reports give minimal information. There is no real CRM. eCommerce solutions are not kept up-to-date and are about 5 years behind other solutions. Knowlegde base is not maintained and most recent articles are from 2013.
