Customization is time consuming **What problems is Freestyle M.O.M. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us in end to end process of Purchase order placement, putaway and storage, picking and packing shipping and returns while managing the inventory and the analytics in the real time. It is a very customizable tool which can be flexed according to the needs of the customer. ### 2. No matter if you are mail order, manufacturing, distribution etc. We use it in conjunction with their web/ecommerce product Sitelink - and they integrate pretty well. **What do you dislike about Freestyle M.O.M.?** There are some really nice, devoted people there - however - they need to get with the times - and update their product. The Tax Jar integration is buggy. Tech support is ok - but they could use a few more in support. I was excited when they were purchased by FOG - out of Illinois - but since the purchase - I haven't seen any major updates. I am hoping that Sitelink will be updated and TaxJar integration too. **Recommendations to others considering Freestyle M.O.M.:** Speak to other users - frustrating - because they could be a great company with a great product. **What problems is Freestyle M.O.M. solving and how is that benefiting you?** POS, inventory, e-commerce - list management. It's an affordable, versatile product. The learning curve is very quick - there are many features that we haven't tapped into yet - and we've been a user for at least 15+ years. ### 3. Support is firendly and will eventually help you out with issues in both using and fixing the program. (This is good as you will be using them often.) **What do you dislike about Freestyle M.O.M.?** This is a very dated solution, and the problems with the software compound every time you update it. The database does not easily integrate with other software, reqiring additional third-party software to function. Reports give minimal information. There is no real CRM. eCommerce solutions are not kept up-to-date and are about 5 years behind other solutions. Knowlegde base is not maintained and most recent articles are from 2013. All updates to the software are a manual and lengthy process. **Recommendations to others considering Freestyle M.O.M.:** Be sure to look at all other options before settling with this solution. **What problems is Freestyle M.O.M. solving and how is that benefiting you?** MOM allows us to managing orders, inventory, and customers in one location. ### 4.
