It is user-friendly, and if I do run into an issue, I can usually find a solution with a quick Google search. It's a simple, easy to use program with relatively few issues or downtime. I like that I do have the option of contacting customer support if needed, although it has been sometime since I have had to that (which attests to the relatively few issues or downtime). The biggest downside to Foxit is my lack of time to learn how to best utilize all it has to offer. I know there are different integrations available to use with Foxit, and I'm sure it's AI-powered capabilities could be extremely helpful. I just don't necessarily have time to explore all it has to offer. I would love to have time to compare it to Docusign, but again, just never feel like I have time to explore those possibilities. the FOXIT PDF EDITOR is just so intuitive. the commands i am looking to execute are where i think they would be. I love the merging of pdf files. simple. line them up. reorder them. whatever!! i also like the option to purchase a subscription or buy it outright. the only pitfall i run into is reviewing licensed copies, who has them, who are they assigned too, what is the ref number. What I think can be improved on is its ability to quickly recognize texts without having to even ask. If that were readily available, it would save time and effort.
