I appreciate Foxit PDF Editor's quick performance with minimal lag, allowing me to create documents efficiently. The editing features are extremely user-friendly, enhancing my productivity. I also value the ability to lock documents with a password, which is crucial for preserving the privacy of critical information. The software's affordability over other options like Adobe makes it a practical choice for me, and the convenience it offers is unmatched. Additionally, its setup process was straightforward, mirroring Adobe's interface, which I was already familiar with.

**What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?**

I think the trial period for Foxit PDF Editor is too short. As it's currently only fourteen days, I feel it doesn't provide enough time to fully explore and utilize all its functions. Ideally, a thirty-day trial would give users a better opportunity to evaluate the software comprehensively.

**What problems is Foxit PDF Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Foxit PDF Editor to quickly create documents that I don't want edited with easy lock and unlock features, ensuring my critical information remains private. It also allows faster zip file creation compared to Adobe, all at a more affordable cost.

Easy to use.  Intuitive menu design.  Use often for PDF Viewing, creating and manipulating pages

**What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?**

I haven't used the AI features yet.  Will see if I will down the line.  I don't have to deal with long contracts so much different than manipulating forms and PDF viewing.
More expensive for the e-signature feature.

**What do you like best about Foxit PDF Editor?**

It did what I needed! I was able to edit text, images, and other elements in PDF documents that were sent to me and required updating.

**What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?**

I had many older documents that I had scanned, and the OCR feature enabled me to edit the text within them. However, the accuracy was not always reliable. Personally, I found Adobe Acrobat to be more effective for this purpose, but that's just my preference.

**What problems is Foxit PDF Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host a lot of PDFs on our website and having the ability to quickly edit them was very helpful, as opposed to re-creating the Word Document, updating and then re-converting to PDF.

**What do you like best about Foxit PDF Editor?**

I love that Foxit PDF Editor allows me to lock documents in time, preventing unwanted changes or modifications. It’s also easy to print to and from the software, and I appreciate the ability to sign documents when needed. Moreover, I value that I can own the product and only consider replacement if necessary after several years.

**What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?**

I find the learning curve was challenging when trying to figure out how to do things and where to find preferences in Foxit PDF Editor. Additionally, I would prefer not to have portfolios always being made, as it's not something I want. I also think there should be a “lite” version for my iPhone included in the price. I generally always do final review and creating when I get back to my computer.

**What problems is Foxit PDF Editor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Foxit PDF Editor to lock documents in time to prevent modifications, which is essential for maintaining a true version of my work at a point when I submit to others.  I also find its ease of printing, signing capabilities, and ownership flexibility beneficial.

I like the clarity of operation in Foxit PDF Editor and found the initial setup to be simple.

It's too expensive. I couldn't afford it. I would much have preferred it over the solution I bought, but it's way too expensive. Reduce the price... a lot. 365 is cheaper.

I use Foxit PDF Editor for editing PDFs, but its high cost is a significant drawback despite its good functionality.

I was not impressed at all with Foxit. The software is a shadow of Adobe.

The functionality of Foxit was terrible in comparison to Adobe. I tried to turn auto pay off for the renewal, but it was too late. They processed the same day and were unwilling to issue any type of refund. I have switched back to Adobe, and will not recommend Foxit to anyone  for any reason.

It does not solve any problems.

I used Foxit PDF Editor to fill out USCIS government forms. It made filling forms fast and easy, including additional information pages. I like the clear separation between edit text and edit object. It was fast to download and get set up, which I found very simple. I’d recommend it to others.

I would say I don’t need to be reminded of AI features. If I want that, then I will search for it.

A decade ago Foxy Pdf Editor was free and reliable to generate and edit pdf.I somewhat enjoy the user experience . Nowadays , the user has an option to a trial version before subscribing.The software is an interesting  alternative compare to the other competitors .The free version of Foxit PDF reader was an interesting approach to edit pdf files.

First of All, I believe the web, mobile and desktop applications are not spread in the market like the competitor solutions. Foxit PDF shall provide free features without logging on the web or the cloud applications. Afterwards, there is an issue when I convert pdf files to doc or docx files. The algorithm does not sort out the convertion for all pdf files.  In addition to this, there are also authentication issues to get access to the modules as well as password reset.
